All shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Transport fees vary and are automatically calculated based on the weight of the shipment. Any overcharges due to miscalculations or errors of the system will gladly be refunded.
We advise you group your items in one order as we may not be able to combine the orders after they were placed. If you ordered several items in different orders, please notify us immediately and we will do our best to combine your shipping and refund any difference if applicable.

Shipping damages incurred on the way from our facilities to the buyer are our responsibility. Visibly heavily damaged packages should not be accepted. Any shipping damages MUST be documented and reported to us within the first 24 hours upon receipt the of the package.
Items that are drop shipped by the manufacturer incur a flat cost that will be added to the total shipping of your order. Your package will arrive separately from the rest of your order if you ordered more than one item and may be delivered with a different carrier than selected at checkout. Tracking will be provided. Due to our shipping system we cannot calculate international shipping for these items automatically. Please contact us if you are going to purchase an item that drop ships from the manufacturer and you live outside the US. We will send you a secure Square invoice, which allows you to check out using your credit or debit card. Don't hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have.
